As the newcomer in a category filled with established names, Smartbot faced a formidable challenge. But they believed their fresh design and user-friendly features would help them break into the water pump category. The market was filled with products and messaging designed more for commercial appeal. To disrupt those conventions, we created an engaging video designed to appeal to homeowners rather than contractors. The message also addressed the client’s “David vs Goliath” reality. The final result is a great example of what’s possible when clients are willing to think outside the box.
