Based on our conversations with clients, we learned that the majority of ONE's constituency consisted of women with children. By tailoring our message specifically to them, we developed a focused, powerfully compelling idea. Instead of the typical PSA approach with a parade of celebrity talking heads, we cast real women and soon-to-be-moms, making the message much more personal and relevant. The PSA garnered an unprecedented 10% response rate.
